Youth Opportunities

Spiritual Quest: This class is designed for youth, grade 8 and older, who are exploring membership within the church. The confirmation and commissioning process can be a significant time in our journey of faith. Youth have the opportunity to explore, discover, question, and stretch, and grow in their faith during this yearlong course.  

Jr. High Fellowship: This youth group offers opportunities for worship, study, service within the congregation, service to the world, and fellowship. Students in Grades 6, 7 & 8 are encouraged to participate in the Sunday morning worship services and church school classes, as well as the fellowship group on Sunday evenings. Every year the Jr. Highs lead us in a worship service. 

Sr. High Fellowship: This time gives high school youth in Grades 9-12 an opportunity for fellowship, service to church and community, study and reflection, and worship. The youth plan their own programs and meeting times, with assistance from adult advisors. Some activities include preparing meals at the Emergency Shelter, Pancake Breakfasts, a youth-led worship service, and the annual summer work trip.
